Hello & Co reed diffusers are made in our workshop with meticulous Swiss craftsmanship. Each creation combines fragrances developed with perfume houses in Grasse with our own formula with a partially alcohol-based, plant-derived base. This carefully selected base extends the fragrance experience, delivering an intense, precise and lasting scent.
We pay particular attention to our ingredients and every stage of production, creating elegant, responsibly made diffusers designed to bring character and refinement to every space.
The fragrance lasts approximately 2 to 3 months, depending on use, the desired scent intensity and room temperature. As the bottle nears the end of its fragrance life, we recommend refilling it when around 2 cm of solution remains, to preserve the quality of the fragrance and ensure optimal diffusion.

Position the diffuser
Place the diffuser on a stable surface, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Remove the stopper
Carefully remove the stopper from the bottle before use.
Insert the reeds
Insert the reeds into the bottle according to your preferred fragrance intensity. The more reeds you use, the stronger the fragrance diffusion.
First use
When using the diffuser for the first time, allow the reeds to absorb the fragrance for a few hours, then turn them over to start diffusing the scent.
Maintain the fragrance
Turn the reeds approximately once a week to maintain an even, balanced fragrance diffusion.
